Privacy Policy

This site shows school-level results from the SAKSHAM assessment. It never shows any individual child's result, name or personal details.

The site does not ask for, or store, any personal information from visitors. No login is needed. The downloadable research data is anonymised — roll numbers are removed, and rows are shuffled.

To understand how the site is used, it offers Google Analytics — but only if you accept it through the cookie banner. If you accept, Google sets analytics cookies to measure visits; if you decline or ignore the banner, no analytics cookies are set and no usage data is sent. Google Analytics is not used to identify you personally. The contact form only opens your own email app — nothing you type there is stored by this site.

For any questions about the data on this site, contact the District Education Office, Anugola (see Contact Us).

Terms of Use

The scores and reports on this site are published by the Anugola District administration, based on the SAKSHAM assessment of Grades 5 and 8, to help parents, principals, and officials understand and improve learning.

The data may be used and shared freely for education, research, and reporting, with attribution to SAKSHAM / Anugola District. It must not be used to rank, shame, or penalise individual children or teachers. OR The data may be used and shared freely for education, research, and reporting by readers, researchers, and others, with attribution to SAKSHAM / Anugola District. It must not be used to rank, shame, or penalise individual children or teachers.

Scores describe one assessment round and should be read together with the school's context.

The information is provided in good faith. While we work to keep it accurate, the district is not liable for errors or for decisions taken solely on these results.

Hyperlinking Policy

You may link to any page on this website; permission is not required to link to our content.

Some pages link to external websites for convenience. We are not responsible for the content, accuracy, or availability of those sites, and a link does not imply endorsement. When you follow a link that leaves this site, the policies of the destination site apply.

Accessibility

This site is built to be usable by everyone: Odia first, with an English toggle, large type, high contrast, big touch targets, and it works on low-cost phones and slow connections.

Report cards can be downloaded as PDFs, and every score is shown as text as well as stars, so it does not depend on colour alone.

If any part of this site is hard to use — with a screen reader, keyboard or otherwise — please tell us via Contact Us so we can fix it.

We are committed to making this website usable by everyone and work towards the WCAG 2.1 AA accessibility standard. The site has not been formally audited or certified against it.

If any part of this site is difficult to access, please let us know through the Contact page and we will do our best to help.
